Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 20, 2026 · Last updated: October 20, 2026
This policy explains how Scarlet Panel (also listed as Scarlet Panel Crosshair FF), Android package com.scarletpanel.darkff.player, handles information when you use the app. For privacy questions, contact klixup@gmail.com.
You do not need a Scarlet Panel account. Your panel preferences are stored on your device. The app includes Google advertising, consent, and billing services, which process information as described below. We do not operate a separate app account, advertising, or analytics server.
1. Information used by the app
- Preferences stored on your device: language, sensitivity reference values, crosshair design, size, color, opacity and position, enabled panels, floating-button preferences, and the last day a launch ad was shown. These support your setup and the daily ad limit.
- Device readings: battery level and battery temperature, display refresh rate, available memory, display density, and thermal status are read through Android APIs to show device information. Our own code does not upload these readings to a developer server.
- Subscription information: the app receives product and offer details, localized prices, purchase tokens, purchase state, and signatures from Google Play to verify, acknowledge, and restore Pro access. The current implementation processes this in the app; we do not receive your card number or payment credentials.
- Support messages: if you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include. We use it to respond and resolve your request. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
2. Advertising and consent
The app integrates Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google’s User Messaging Platform. Ads can include optional rewarded ads and an app-launch ad limited by a locally stored date. Pro subscribers are not shown ads while their Pro access is recognized.
Google’s ads SDK can collect and share an IP address (which can indicate approximate location), advertising or other device/account identifiers, ad and app interactions, and performance or diagnostic information. These support advertising, measurement, security, and fraud prevention. Personalized ads depend on your choices, location, and Google’s settings. Development builds may display Google test ads; test ads still use Google’s SDK and network services.
Where required, the app requests consent before requesting ads. When Google requires a privacy-options entry point, Ad privacy choices appears in panel settings. You can also manage or reset/delete your advertising ID through Android settings, where available.
Read Google’s Privacy Policy, how Google uses information for advertising, and Google’s Mobile Ads SDK data disclosures.
3. Google Play payments
Optional Pro subscriptions are handled by Google Play. Google processes payment and account information under its policies. The app uses purchase information to determine access, including pending payments and restored subscriptions. Manage or cancel a subscription through Google Play. Uninstalling the app or deleting local settings does not cancel a subscription or delete Google’s transaction records.
4. Permissions and device access
- Display over other apps: shows the movable control panel and crosshair. Our app does not use this permission to record your screen or read text from other apps.
- Foreground service and notifications: keep the user-started overlay running and provide a visible Stop action. You can stop the overlay and revoke overlay permission in Android settings.
- Internet and network status: support Google ads, consent, and billing connections. Google’s ads SDK may access the Android advertising ID when available.
- Sharing and external links: Share app sends a copy of the app’s installation package only to an app you choose in Android’s share dialog. Privacy, subscription-management, and device-care links open the corresponding external service or system screen.
The current app does not request contacts, microphone, camera, SMS, precise-location, or broad access to your personal files. It does not use an accessibility service.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information for money. Information can be processed by Google for ads, consent, and Play purchases as described above. Advertising disclosures should not be interpreted as a claim that no third party collects information. Providers may process information outside your country under their own policies.
This policy page is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Visiting it sends normal web-request information, such as your IP address, browser information, and requested URL, to Cloudflare to deliver and protect the site. This page contains no advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms, or tracking cookies added by us. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
We may disclose support correspondence when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, or legal claims.
6. Retention, deletion, and your choices
Local app preferences remain until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. App-managed Android backup is disabled in the current build. A temporary APK copy created for sharing is stored in app cache and can be removed by clearing the cache. Clearing data may reset consent and ad-frequency settings; subscription eligibility is checked again with Google Play.
Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations. Email klixup@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent to us. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify a request before acting.
Google and Cloudflare control their own retention and deletion processes. Use their privacy controls or contact them for data they hold. Deleting information with us does not automatically delete provider records.
7. Security
We use Android’s app storage protections and purchase-signature verification. Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK encrypts transmitted user data with TLS. This page is served over HTTPS. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
8. Children’s privacy
Scarlet Panel is not intended for children under 13, or below the applicable minimum age in their country. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information directly. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this page when the app, its service providers, or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the app or another appropriate notice when required.
